SkillBridge Foundation bridges the skill gap in students and prepares them for employment.SkillBridge is an Employability Enhancement Program from 24x7 Learning, India's premier Talent Lifecycle Management Company. The program is conceived, designed and developed to effectively tackle unemployability among the youth. The course curriculum is designed after thorough research of the corporate expectations of a fresh-graduate in terms of job-readiness.

As SkillBridge-certified professionals, they will have the confidence and the skills to face interviews, participate in discussions and step into the corporate world.

Features of the SkillBridge program
Learning is through a blended learning methodology that comprises of classroom training as well as eLearning.

Effective courseware which can be used as handy reference, post the program.
Activity-based sessions, role-plays and discussions make it an interactive program.

Tests and assessments measure how much the student has learnt from each module.
Regular feedback from the tests is shared with the student thereby ensuring learning effectiveness.
Flexibility of the program allows students to comfortably enroll into the program while pursuing their degree.

The Government of Rajasthan has chosen to partner with SkillBridge for SkillBridge training in the seven Knowledge Centers across government colleges in Rajasthan. These Knowledge Centers are imparting employable skills training to the students.

NASSCOM Foundation has partnered with SkillBridge for a train-the-trainers program. These SkillBridge - train-the-trainers will go on to impart IT skills training in Tier-II and Tier-III cities across India.
SkillBridge entrepreneurs run SkillBridge Learning Centers across more than 30 cities in India.

SkillBridge has trained over 5000 students across India in various educational Institutions such as DBIT-Bangalore, NIET-Noida, and SIBACA-Pune.

Corporate organizations such as Reliance, Infosys, Hinduja, Sanyo, First Source, and 24/7 Customer among others have endorsed SkillBridge and expressed interest in absorbing SkillBridge Certified Professionals.
